Director & Lead Coach
Before becoming a coach, Ros worked as a solicitor, in media and in financial services.
For the last sixteen years, she has been an internal and external leadership and career coach, team coach and trainer with a special focus on building the relational and coaching skills leaders, teams and organisations need to thrive in the interconnected digital age. Clients include the BBC, GE, L&G, Barclays, NBC Universal, EBRD, and Judge Business School.
Ros is a Certified Coach for Dr Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching and has also trained with the Centre for Right Relationship (CRR UK) and CoachU (USA) and is accredited to use Strengthscope Leader.
She is accredited at Master Certified Coach level with the ICF, and is regularly invited to speak to networking associations and for the media.
She is based in London and has a daughter.
Duncan Müller MBA
Associate Leadership and Team Coach
Duncan’s purpose is to unlock the potential of leaders and teams so they can create the world they imagine.
Whether it’s developing courageous and compassionate leadership, or developing more creative, intelligent, high-performing teams, he loves this work.
He works with senior business leaders and teams across various sectors including marketing and media, financial services, IT and education – even HM Prisons.
Before becoming a Coach, he spent over 20 years in marketing where he experienced leadership (good and bad) and led many teams across numerous organisations. Duncan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC). He is accredited at PCC level by the ICF.
He is based in London.
Associate Leadership and Team Coach
Joanna’s worked in the B2B events industry and in IT for Cisco Systems, before moving to learning and development and talent. Working in this multicultural, global, blue-chip environment she implemented a cutting-edge Conscious Leader Programme and was the Talent Lead for a digitisation change initiative. She is an energetic coach with a passion for coaching teams, managers, leaders and leaders to be into being purposeful and inspirational leaders.
Joanna has trained with Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the Centre for Right Relationship (CRR UK), Firework Coaching Company and is an accredited user of The Leadership Circle assessment.
She is ACC accredited with the ICF and holds a Level 7 Certificate in HR Development with the CIPD.
She is based in the South West and has a son.
Alison has over 17 years’ experience as a Sales Executive, working with a world-leading recruitment company. She has predominantly worked with clients in the Construction and Property sectors, but also with clients within the industrial and luxury goods sectors.
Alison holds a BA (Hons) in Business, Economic & Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin as well as a European Masters in Management from ESCP Europe (formerly ESCP-EAP), an International Management program in Paris, Oxford and Berlin. Since qualifying, she has worked in the recruitment sector as she appreciates that everyone’s needs and circumstances are unique, and genuinely enjoys being able to find the right solution to meet and exceed those needs for her clients.
Alison currently lives in France with her husband and son.
